Ok, I am going to post this so I can get some feedback. Me and a couple of friends have been wondering about this lately. What is a good age to have the sex talk? I really feel like Braydon is so young, and I don't know what he knows, but I am afraid that he could be hearing things at school and I would rather have the talk than have him get the wrong idea about it. I need tons of feedback on this so anyone that can help. I have been dreading this talk since the day my kids were born. I was hoping the second coming would have come before this. By the way, he will be 10 next month.

School Drill
I while back I posted about a graphic drill they did at Braydon's school. Channel 3 did a story on it that aired today. I guess I didn't realize how intense it really was. Anyone interested go to azfamily.com and check out the video from it. Pretty Scary. I don't really know how to feel about it.

Times have Changed
Remember when we were in school and we would have the simple bus evacuation drills? Times have changed. Yesterday at Braydon's school they had mock disaster drills. They had masked gunmen come running in and shoot at them. They had certain kids who were in on it and they either pretended to get wounded or pretended to die. I was shocked!! I guess I am glad they prepare these kids for the worst, but how sad that we live in a world where these kids have to prepare for this.

Girls Day!
I had a Dr. Appointment in Flagstaff yesterday so Mandy went with me so we could have a girls day. Living where we live we don't have much chance for shopping so we had so much fun. We also should get bargain shopper of the year awards. We bought shirts at Old Navy for 79 cents. We were so proud of ourselves. Thanks for going Mandy, I had a blast.
